I took my laptop in to see what could be done I’m regards to resetting everything and Ben was amazing , kept me posted the whole way if the original quote changed and when I went to pick it up he sat with me and showed me everything he had done. Absolutely recommend this little business, first class service where they make you feel very welcome

Had a major issue with my PC just before Christmas. No life - just seized up! The guys at Repair IT were amazing. I used their Express Service - Benn got to work on the problems straight away. Their efficiency and level of customer service is first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Benn went above and beyond to make sure we had everything set up as we needed it. They are also really good at explaining technical issues in non-technical language! Highly recommend these guys.

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMED this business.My 70+ year old mother went to them to purchase a new battery for her old laptop.$500plus later, they had convinced her that they could speed up her old lap top. However theyWiped all of her programs, including her camera driver, then charged her an extra $ + for a web camera.So almost all of herpension.. $500+ ..she gets back a laptop worthy of the tip.The so called 'professional 'obviously knew the laptop was old, that my mother was clueless about him speeding it up and wiping all of her laptop programmes , and he had the diabolical cheek to up sell her a web cam when her lap top had an orginial one built in . Then down load her some shabby free programmes to replace the good ones they Wiped! She still is unable to use it. After uncountable times going back to try and get it sorted without success, she gave up.$540 - no usable lap top.

Ben did a great job fixing my laptop's keyboard after i drenched it in red wine - patient, perfectionists and professional.

This business & Ben & Aiden are remarkable . They are so competent, prompt in their service & friendly. They were more than happy for me to come & use my computer for some urgent documentation, whilst it was under repair & were happy to guide me through some of the new ( & old ) technology. The final outcome was a rebuilt computer at half the price of a comparable new one . Can't recommend these guys highly enough. THANKS heaps
